Non-lethal equipment to be gifted to the Ukrainian armed forces.

The Defence Secretary has today confirmed that the UK will provide a new package of non-lethal equipment to the Ukrainian armed forces. Britain's continued support of the Ukrainian Government has seen the gifting of £850,000 worth of high-priority items including helmets, laptops and GPS units. 

With no clear idea of what the future holds for the Ukraine, one can't but wonder who will benefit from the £850k 'gift' in the long run?
