If you are sending medals to us for mounting, engraving or framing, please send your medals and/or other items using an appropriate insured & tracked service (we recommend Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY) to the address below. 

Wrap each medal in tissue (please DO NOT send any boxes as these will not be returned). Use a secure padded envelope which the Post Office will be able to supply. Include your name, address, email address, contact number and your order number inside with the items you are sending. Finally, please write your order number on the front left hand corner of the envelope.

When placing your order online, you will be offered various shipping options. We recommend selected the recorded shipping service. If standard shipping is selected then your order will be sent using normal post.

Please contact us by telephone or email if there is anything that you need to change about your order. We will always do all we can to make changes for you.

If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, we would ask you to return the unwanted item/s in the condition they were received to the address below. Please be aware that there are some products which we cannot refund or exchange, including engraved medals & gifts, medal mounting or other made-to-order items.

If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, we may be able to change delivery address details, remove or add items to/from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01952 327571.

We do not have a facility for tracking the progress of your order. We will send you an email each time your order status changes but we will not update you again until the status changes. We respectfully request that you refrain from asking for a status update unless your order is of an urgent nature as this simply takes a member of our team away from preparing orders.

Wearing medals in civilian clothing - typically as spectator at a parade or an invitation to a function - may require you to wear your medals or those of a next of kin. You are free to wear any style or size of medal that you please however, the following guidelines are designed to give you the typically acceptable styles of wear. When wearing your own medals, they should be mounted in the correct order of wear (see below) and attached to your garment on your left breast. If you are wearing medals awarded to a next of kin, these would be worn on the right breast.
