Medal Edge Engraving

Medal Edge Engraving - or Medal 'Naming'. Service details are diamond engraved on the rim of the medal to MoD standard.

Please note that we ONLY engrave MoD licensed replica medals. Cheaper, unlicensed reproductions are not suitable for engraving. If you are unsure as to wether your medal is suitable, here a a couple of normal examples:

• The medal is very lightweight - this will indicate that it is a cast medal & not a die-struck medal
• The medal swivels - licensed repro campaign medals do not swivel on the suspender bar as the originals do
• The rim of the medal is slightly convex - this also indicates that it is a cast medal & not a die-struck medal
• The medal was very cheap (typically £10-£20) and normally found on Ebay

If you are still unsure you are welcome to order naming. If the medal is unsuitable, we will refund the engraving cost (you will not receive a refund for the postage) and we will return the medal/s to you.
